A lifelong interest in the environment and organic issues has provided Dunedin writer and editor Philippa Jamieson with material for the many articles and book reviews she has had published. She sits on the national council of the Soil and Health Association of New Zealand and regularly contributes articles to its house magazine, Organic NZ. Philippa is the author of The Wild Green Yonder: Ten seasons volunteering on New Zealand's organic farms (New Holland, 2007). Nick Hamilton runs Barnsdale Gardens in England, the location where his father Geoff originally filmed the Gardener's World programs for BBC TV. He is the author of The Barnsdale Handy Gardener and Geoff Hamilton - A gardening legend. Nick has a lifelong passion and enthusiasm for organic gardening; principles that he puts into effect in Barnsdale Gardens.
