After settling in NZ 10 years ago, Adam opened Zibibbo restaurant in Wellington. His first book An Enduring Passion has been popular with both home cooks and professionals. Nicola Edmonds is a successful food photographer who works for a range of publications including Dish magazine and the Dominion Post.
